Have you ever seen an outfit, couch, car, anything on TV that you wanted to buy?
We asked our friends that same question, and then anyone who would listen to us, and the answer was always a resounding “Yes!”
So we built Nudge.
Now this isn’t a new idea – the idea of buying something “as seen on TV” has been around for almost 20 years. Now’s the time to take it to the next level.
The proliferation of OTT Devices (e.g. AppleTV, Roku, etc.) and Smart TVs, combined with the global adoption of the "buy now" experience creates a unique opportunity to bridge the gap in the consumer experience. Nudge is that bridge.
Building Nudge makes us giddy. But we know that building something great is a long journey – which, in the end, is the fun part.
Having been in the startup game before, we want to do things a little differently this time around. To make the ride something we can be proud of, we spent a lot of time thinking about our company values and how to build a team that makes everyone feel welcome. We’re starting off by being as transparent as possible. First things first: a public compensation plan, inspired by the likeminds at Buffer.
Nudge’s goal is to create something great, so we need to create an environment that is great. We want you to have the flexibility and freedom to do what you need to do, and love to do, because we trust you. Some of the perks in joining our team include:
Equity in something you believe in
Stipends for mental + physical health
No Meeting Mondays (everyone encouraged to WFH on Mondays)
And much more!
We want you!
We're constantly looking for great talent, and you can see our hiring plan in our public compensation plan. But first, this is the most urgent role we're trying to fill. If it's not a fit for you, we would love it if you would share it with your network - karma is real.
As you can see from our company values, diversity is a big deal for us. We're an equal opportunity employer and encourage people from all walks of life to apply. If we don't have a job that's a good fit for you, say hello (firstname.lastname@example.org) anyway and we will keep you in mind as we grow.
